How to Get Started

We began with the simple belief that one person, working alongside millions, can produce a massive change in the world!

The first step to involvement is realizing every single person has a way to make a difference - to create change in their world. Some call it the "Three Ts: Time, Talent, Treasure." Whatever you call it, you can be sure that someone or something in the world wants and needs what you have to give!

Here are some questions that might spark some ideas for great T-Day projects:

1. Community needs assessment. Right in your own backyard, there are projects waiting to happen.
   
   
2. Do you want to join a pre-existing project or start something new? Do you want to work with a team, create a team of your own, or go solo.
   
   
3. Look at the calendar. When's the next T-Day (first Saturday of every month)? Can you get a project organized in time for the next T-Day? Or the one next month? Sometimes it's best to jump right in!
   
   
4. Plan to send us photos, videos, or a description of what you accomplished so we can highlight great ideas and offer others inspiration.
